Dessicant Dryers

Compressed air is polluted with dirt particles, water, oil, oil vapour and condensate. These contaminants result in high maintenance costs, premature wear, spoiled products and the failure of control systems. Up to 80% of compressed air dryer energy can be saved with Dew point Dependent Switching (optional).  A domnick hunter series DTX "Classic" or "Pneudri" dryer with OIL-X filters will absolutely remove these contaminants.

Refrigerated Dryers

Pressure dew point is a measure of the moisture content of compressed air; it is the temperature at which water vapour will begin to condense. A refrigerated air dryer reduces the concentration of water vapour and lowers the dew point of the air to eliminate harmful moisture.
