Remanufactured Turbo Compressors

A large inventory of used centrifugal compressors is available for immediate sale.  This inventory is totally refurbished and in “like new” condition complete with full (one year) warranty.

Current Inventory (as of June 1st, 2008 - subject to change):

Joy TA28 Centrifugal Air Compressor (1986) Three Stage, 2500 cfm @ 110 PSIG, 600 HP Motor, with AMP 500 Control System.  Aftercooler with separator and inlet air filter housing will be furnished if requested.

Three (3) Joy TA30 Centrifugal Air Compressors, Three Stage, 100 PSIG, 2800 cfm, 600 HP motor per customer voltage, with AMP 500 Control System.  Aftercooler with separator and inlet air filter housing will be furnished if requested.

Three (3) Joy TA48 Centrifugal Air Compressors, Three Stage, 110 PSIG, 4600 cfm, 900 HP Motor (4160 volt, 3 phase, 1.15 SF, 3580 rpm, 108 FLMA, frame size 588US).  With oil pump disconnect and oil sump heater control with piping.  Aftercoolers and separators are mounted on the base.

We also offer a wide variety of re-manufactured IR CENTAC® centrifugal compressors available in flow ratings ranging from 600 to 15000 CFM, and pressure ranges of 30 to 325 PSIG.  These units come complete with inlet and bypass valves, AMP500 microprocessor control, motor and all necessary gauges and instrumentation.

A full comprehensive one year warranty is provided subject to installation site inspection and start-up by our Field Technician.  Normal lead time is 6-8 weeks.
